Trolley for AGV

AGVs are mainly equipped with robot control systems (Robot control systems, RCS), platform systems and multiple trolley bodies. The upper RCS platform is primarily responsible for allocating and scheduling the AGV trolley tasks, while the AGV trolley, as the task performer, docks directly with the machine in the system and completes the handling task automatically.

When the system needs to transfer the goods from A machine to B machine, the MES first generates a task and sends it to RCS. RCS then selects a nearby AGV to meet the demand according to an intelligent algorithm and travels to machine A. After it is in place, the upper-level actuator carries out the action; after the actuator completes the action, the AGV then moves to machine B. In order to ensure reliability of the operation and safety of the AGV as a whole, the upper layer actuator does not operate while the AGV is moving.
