Laser engraving machine routine care and maintenance guide

1. The laser engraver must be switched on or off in the correct power-up sequence. Note that the laser power supply must be preheated for 5 minutes!

2. The water temperature must be checked at all times during the operation of the laser engraver (the optimum working water temperature is between 25°C and 30°C, the maximum water temperature must not exceed 35°C and the minimum water temperature must not be less than 5°C). As soon as the water temperature is felt to be warm, the water should be replaced. 3. Every month, the laser water tank, the water pump (especially the filter sponge of the water pump) and the inlet and outlet pipes must be cleaned. At the same time, other peripheral equipment of the engraving machine (such as fans, air pumps, etc.) also need to be cleaned once.

4. Regularly check and measure the grounding situation to ensure laserpecker 11 that the grounding works properly.

5. Every half month or so, periodically test the water protection switch to make sure it is working properly.

6. Before starting work each day, observe whether the focusing lens of the laser machine is contaminated. If it needs to be cleaned, please be careful not to use too much force as it may cause the optical path to be shifted! The maintenance of all levels of reflection lens and focusing lens should follow the principle of "timely cleaning". Special lens cleaner must be used for cleaning. 7.

Before starting work every day, please check whether the limit switch is working properly to ensure that the equipment will not collide with the precision of the equipment during the working process. Before each work, please adjust the focal length and lock it, so as not to shorten the focal length or even mechanical collision affect the processing effect.

8. The equipment should be cleaned every day after the work is finished. When the power is off, you can slowly push down the focus lens set and X-axis guide frame, but it is strictly prohibited to push or pull.

9. The bearings need to be oiled. The laser cutting machine uses a large number of bearings. In order to ensure good cutting and engraving results, some bearings need to be oiled regularly (except oil bearings). Wipe the floating soil on the bearings with a clean soft cloth. Suck the oil into a syringe and slowly inject it into the bearing with a needle while letting the bearing rotate slowly.

10. Laser Tube Maintenance: The laser tube in the laser engraver is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, some white scale will appear inside the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar to the circulating water. Remove the groove and flush the inside of the laser tube with water to keep the laser tube in the best working condition and prolong its service life.

11. Fill the linear guide with lubricant. After the laser engraving machine has been used for a period of time, the guide rail should be lifted periodically because of the corrosive effect on the guide rail of the soot and dust generated by engraving and cutting. Turn off the laser engraving machine, clean the rail with a clean soft cloth, and then apply lubricant to the rail. After lubrication is complete, let the slider roll back and forth on the rail to ensure that the lubricant enters the inside of the slider. Once lubrication is complete, allow the slider to roll back and forth on the rail. At this point, the guide rail must be installed first. Note that the guide rail should not be fixed first. It is necessary to install the fixing pegs and the degree of adhesion is fixed. Then mount the lens and dim the X direction.

12. Mirror and focusing mirror wiped, laser engraving machine and laser cutting machine used for a period of time, the soot generated will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting the depth and accuracy of engraving and cutting. In general, about every week (according to the frequency of use of the laser cutter/engraver), cut three mirrors with anhydrous alcohol and carefully wipe and clean the engraving machine with the focusing mirror.
